PunchPOW is a boxing timer and workout planner designed to help you structure and improve your training sessions. This privacy policy explains what information the app handles and how your data is protected.

• No account or login is required.
• No analytics, tracking tools, or ads are integrated.
• No workout, usage, or behavioral data is collected.

On-Device Data

Any information you create or configure within PunchPOW is stored locally on your device. This includes:

• Custom workouts and workout presets
• Round and rest configurations
• App preferences such as themes, layout options, and UI settings
• Your premium unlock state

This data:

• Remains on your device and is not sent to the developer
• Is managed using Apple-provided secure storage technologies (e.g., UserDefaults, AppStorage)
• Is removed when you delete the app

Siri and System Integrations

PunchPOW integrates with Apple’s App Intents and Siri to enable voice-based control (e.g., starting or stopping the timer).

• Your voice recordings are processed and stored by Apple, not PunchPOW.
• The app only receives the resulting intent action (e.g., “start timer”).
• PunchPOW does not store, retain, or access your audio or Siri transcripts.

Siri and system integrations follow Apple’s privacy policies, not PunchPOW’s.

In-App Purchases & Premium Features

PunchPOW offers an optional one-time purchase or subscription (depending on your region) to unlock premium features. All purchases are processed securely through Apple’s App Store.

• PunchPOW does not have access to your payment information.
• Apple only provides a simple confirmation to the app indicating whether you have an active purchase.
• You may manage or cancel your purchase through your Apple ID settings.

No Third-Party Services

PunchPOW does not use:

• Third-party analytics services
• Advertising networks
• Cloud storage for user data
• Data brokers or external SDKs that collect information

Children’s Privacy

PunchPOW is suitable for all ages and does not contain inappropriate content. The app does not collect personal data from any user, including children under 13.
